CUSTOMER INFORMATION / UNITED KINGDOM
Returns & refunds
An order request is not itself a paid purchase. If you later agree a purchase, discuss the applicable return arrangements and your statutory rights before proceeding.
Start with the reference
Contact us with the request or purchase reference, the tool name, quantity, date of the agreement and your reason for seeking a return or remedy. Provide relevant facts rather than payment card details. We can then identify the goods and explain the appropriate next steps.
Change of mind and cancellation
Rights and requirements depend on the actual agreement and applicable UK consumer law, including rules for distance purchases where relevant. We do not invent an additional deadline or blanket exclusion here. Ask about the process and any legally applicable exceptions before finalising the purchase.
Incorrect, damaged or faulty tools
Compare the actual supplied tools and component list with what was agreed. If an item is damaged, incorrect or not as described, preserve relevant packaging and evidence and contact us. Do not continue using an unsafe tool. Applicable rights and remedies are not removed by these practical reporting steps.
Arranging a return
Confirm the correct return destination and handling instructions before sending goods. Explain the condition and which set components are included, and pack them safely if a return is agreed. Return cost responsibility must be clarified for the circumstances rather than assumed from a generic webpage.
Assessment and refunds
Any assessment and remedy should reflect the actual problem and applicable rights. If a refund is agreed or required, confirm the method and expected handling with the merchant. This website has not charged a card, so it cannot automatically reverse a card transaction from checkout.
Changing an unconfirmed request
To correct or withdraw a saved request that has not become an agreed purchase, contact us with its reference and the change needed. Avoid sending repeated different submissions without explanation. A browser cart change does not edit a request already accepted by the server.
