What success means

The thank-you page means the server accepted and durably recorded an order request. It shows a reference and product subtotal. This is not confirmation of merchant email delivery, payment, stock reservation, dispatch or an agreed sales contract. Use the reference when contacting us.

GBP totals

All catalogue prices, cart values and server-computed product totals use GBP. The server looks up actual catalogue products and validates quantities and supply choices rather than trusting client-supplied prices. Shipping and any applicable charges are discussed separately before payment is agreed.

Confirm before paying

Contact us to agree actual goods, supplied contents, availability, final total, delivery or collection and payment method. No particular bank transfer process, provider or card gateway is asserted. Do not pay on the basis of a request reference alone or assume a button guarantees availability.

No card information

Do not enter card numbers, security codes or bank credentials into notes, email or a tool enquiry. This checkout has no card entry fields or payment processor. If you receive unexpected payment instructions, verify them through the merchant contact details before proceeding.

A failed submission

If intake is unavailable or validation fails, the website displays an error and preserves your cart and draft details in the same browser. Correct the issue or retry when available. Only confirmed successful intake clears the cart; a network error must not be treated as a paid order.

References and repeated requests

The same accepted request key with identical details returns the same reference rather than creating another record. Refreshing the thank-you page does not submit a new request. Keep the reference for support and ask us to correct or withdraw an existing request instead of assuming a new cart changes it.
