THE SELECTION BOARD
Match the contact.
Then the tool.
A useful choice begins where the tool meets the work.

Nails: compare the claw
A curved split claw and a straight split claw do not offer the same levering angle. Think about access around the nail and the surface you need to protect. Ask about actual weight, face dimensions and handle length; do not infer them from the image. Compare the five hammers.
Shaping: compare the pein
The rounded end of a ball-pein and the transverse wedge of a cross-pein create different contact points. Suitability depends on the actual tool and material being worked. A club hammer has two flat faces instead. Follow appropriate instructions rather than treating shape as a safety rating.
Screws: identify the recess
Slotted, cross-head, hex and six-lobe star tips form different families. Measure or identify the exact fastener size and seat the correct tip without forcing it. Some fasteners require special profiles or central-hole tips; confirm those requirements instead of assuming a set will fit.
Separate drivers or interchangeable bits?
A fixed driver carries its own shaft and handle. A bit set shares one handle across several tips. Compare the actual shaft reach and bit socket dimensions with your clearance. Our handle-and-bit set is pictured as one handle plus six bits, not six complete screwdrivers.
Small fasteners and precision handles
Slim precision tools may give access to smaller screw heads, but their presence does not establish a device-specific fit. Confirm size and reach. No tool on this website is claimed to be certified or insulated for live electrical work.
Before committing
Ask for dimensions, head weight, material and supplied contents for the actual product. Include the SKU and your task in checkout notes. Original AI imagery illustrates the intended form; actual specifications and availability must be confirmed.
Work safely
Inspect tools before use, follow the actual product instructions, secure the work and use appropriate protection. Stop when the task exceeds your experience or the tool is damaged. Seek qualified advice for specialist work.
